Milesight CT101 - Smart Current Transformer for LoRaWAN

The CT101 is a LoRaWAN® Smart Current Transformer designed for remote energy monitoring and consumption analysis. With multiple current options, the CT101 is versatile and can be tailored to suit your energy monitoring needs, including the ability to send threshold alarms.

 

What sets the CT101 apart is its detachable design and resulting flexibility. Its compact size and clamp feature allow for quick and safe installation in any indoor space, without the need to de-energize the facility. If space is limited, you can detach the clamp from the sensor body, making installation easier. This not only simplifies the installation process but also results in cost savings. Additionally, the CT101 sensor does not rely on a power feed or internal batteries, it derives power directly from the measured circuit and stores it in a supercapacitor.

 

A USB type-C port makes it possible to connect an NTC temperature probe - giving you the possibilitiy to wirelessly monitor temperature as well and current.

 

The CT101 enables cost-effective energy monitoring in smart buildings, it can also be used in machine failure detection and prevention, among other applications.
