The AP3400 is a powerful, compact and robust Wi-Fi access point designed for use in rail environments and other demanding industrial application. It complies with the stringent railway regulations EN50155 and EN45545 to withstand high vibrations and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-lasting, stable operations for critical communication solutions.

The AP3400 is based on the latest 802.11AX-standard (Wi-Fi 6), features a dual radio and supports up to 200 concurrent clients and aggregate wireless capacity of up to 1.77Gbps. Two 2.5Gbps ethernet ports ensure you get to utilize the full wireless capacity, while standard 802.3at PoE support ensures quick and simple installation.

AP3400 can also function as a client which makes it very flexible for various industrial applications where you need both robust APs and clients.

Flexible configuration options are presented via REST API, NetModule Connectivity Suite and manually via the device Web-UI. Additionally, for NetModule based networks utilizing routers such as the NB3800-series, access points can be provisioned in a zero-touch manner using the router as a provisioning controller.
