TEKTELIC’s TUNDRA Sensor is a smart, easy to install and operate solution for maintaining optimal and consistent temperature and humidity within cold rooms and refrigerated areas. The device is small, rugged, battery powered and delivers excelent indoor wireless range using LoRaWAN.

Applications include food and pharmaceutical storage, where safeguarding the integrity, quality, and safety of products is vital. Due to the properties of LoRaWAN, the device can be implemented within cold storage such as fridges, coolers, cold rooms and even freezers with minimal impact on battery life or radio signal strength.

To ensure data retention, the TUNDRA sensor supports store-and-forward mechanism, allowing it to store up to 3000 entries of logged data in case it temporarily loses connection to the LoRaWAN network.
